these days, i write everything on a remakable tablet that syncs to my PC, then edit in audacity (audacity noise removal > audition noise removal). the problem is the amount of adlibbing i tend to do. it's too much! there are too many decisions to make afterwards. why do i do this to myself?! this segment is probably doing to be about 4 minutes long, but i recorded around 25 minutes worth of content. anytime i record audio it also freaks my dogs out and they head out into the backyard, which, i'll be honest, makes me feel bad.
